Welcome! Here's everything you need to know about getting your unique TreadBold orders delivered.
Delivery Information
We're a Print-On-Demand Business! This means every item you order is custom-printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Our Process & Estimated Delivery:
- Production (1-7 Business Days): Your item is custom-printed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch. This can take 1-7 business days, depending on the product and current demand.
- UK Standard Shipping (2-10 Business Days after dispatch): Once ready, your order is shipped directly to you via various carriers. You can expect delivery within 2-10 business days after it leaves the print facility.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 3-17 Business Days from Order Date.
Important Notes:
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order dispatches.
- Multiple Items: If you order several items, they may be printed and shipped separately from different facilities. You'll receive individual tracking numbers if this happens.
- Delays: All delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to public holidays, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

Q1: How long does it take to get my order?
Your item is custom-printed (1-7 business days) then shipped (2-10 business days for UK standard). Total estimated delivery: 3-17 business days.
Q2: Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Q3: Why might my items ship separately?
As a print-on-demand business, different items might be printed by different facilities to ensure quality and efficiency. If so, they'll ship separately with individual tracking.
Q4: Do you offer faster shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard UK shipping.
Q5: What if my order is delayed or says delivered but I haven't received it?
First, check your tracking for updates. For delays, please allow a few extra days. If marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbours or your local post office. If issues persist, contact us at customer.service@treadbold.co.uk.
Q6: What is your return/refund policy?
As items are print-on-demand, if you have any issues with your item such as a printing error, we are able to provide you with a refund. No need to return your item! We will only provide a refund if there is an error with the quality of your item. We will not provide refunds for a mistake in picking the size of clothing when ordering.
